If you are interested in attending one of our groups please contact us.

Telephone Support

Dr Belinda Beynon offers Epitaphs telephone bereavement support. While Belinda has no formal psychology or counselling qualifications, she has a special interest in pet bereavement, and has attended courses on companion animal associated grief. Having helped owners of small animals and horses deal with their grief over 16 years of veterinary practice, she feels well placed to offer primary support and good listening skills, as would any experienced veterinary practitioner.  She has also lectured veterinary nurses in WA and interstate on pet loss grief and related issues.

Most bereaved pet owners do not need formal counselling or to see a psychologist, they just need to talk through their pain, anger or issues, and be heard non-judgementally. Belinda offers this service, and can help advise when more structured or formal support may be required.

The telephone support services is a fee paying service, and following initial enquiries, an appointment will be made for a mutually suitable time to talk in order to ensure that there are no interruptions. The service is provided to bereaved owners in WA and interstate.

The cost of this service is $22.00 per 15 minutes and you will be invoiced via the mail.
