At Epitaph we are currently developing a ‘self-published’ book, containing stories about peoples pets, and what their passing meant to them. These stories represent the bond between human and animal, which so many do not recognise. While this publication will have some sad stories, it is truly intended as a celebration of life, and of the love shared.

Our goal is to self-publish this book, and then offer it for sale from this website, veterinary clinics, or anywhere that pet owners might see the book, and in seeing it, realise that they are not alone.

If you would like to contribute your story, please contact Belinda via phone or email it, together with any photographs (must be in focus, and in jpeg format) to belinda@epitaph.com.au . While we imagine that the majority of stories received will relate to cats and dogs, we encourage owners who have lost other, less ‘traditional’ pets to share their loss with us. Identities will be protected where requested.

While we cannot promise to use all stories, we will include as many as possible. Future volumes may be developed.
